The Summer Cooperative African Language Institute (SCALI) is an Inter-University program offering an intensive course in a variety of African languages which has included Wolof most years. Participating universities include: Berkeley; Boston; UCLA; Illinois; Indiana; Wisconsin; Stanford; and Yale. Do a web search on SCALI to find out information for the current year. In 2010 it was held at Michigan State University. Funding may be available from Foreign Language Area Studies (FLAS) or Foreign Language Enhancement Program (FLEP).
The Center for Advanced research on language acquisition at the University of Minnesota maintain a database of Course Offerings for Less Commonly Taught Languages (LCTLs).
To find courses on the Wolof language in France do a google search on "cours de wolof" en France. There are many private tutors or small schools.
The University of Michigan also have a number of searchable databases searched by language including a language resource people database, a language materials database and a language schools database.
The African Language Teachers Association (ALTA) may be able to provide contacts to tutors of Wolof.
